優點

Order food ahead

Cons：

Seats are not comfortable at all. Hard sided arm rest give no flexibility, tables no good for large person. When it reclines you slide forward and lose knee space- could not recline happily.

優點

There were none.

Cons：

Seats have been crammed in and are quite uncomfortable. If the seat in front is reclined claustrophobia sets in. The tray table could only be used folded in half when the seat in front was reclined. To add insult to injury the head Female stewardess was a tad rude.

優點

Book the Cook on Premium economy is nice. Bulk head has more legroom. Has slightly more "privacy" compared to economy -- I see less people walking up and down the aisle as compared with economy on the same route. That extra 4" of recline makes a lot of difference and made the 16 hour journey a more bearable ride.

Cons：

Table in armrest so reduces the seat width. No under-seat storage but has front pockets. IFE mounted on wall, so may be too high for some. Lavatory shared with economy.

Lots of leg room since it is at the exit row. For a 16 hour journey, it was great to be able to stretch out.

Cons：

Next to lavatory may be unpleasant. Facing flight attendants during take off and landing. Tables in Armrest so reduces the seat width. No under-seat storage or pockets, so everything must be stowed during take off and landing.

Comfortable seat, friendly, professional and attentive Crew

Cons：

Food is really way below par
