For check-in, passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their domestic flight’s departure time. Passengers can book at check-in, but it is strongly recommended pre-book to secure preferred travel dates and times, as well as to access discounted fares. Pre-booking can be done in three ways: online via the Maya Island Air homepage link, by emailing info@mayaislandair.com, or by contacting their Chat Agents.
