Headquartered in Jundiaí, São Paulo, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Azul Brazilian Airlines, one of Brazil’s largest carriers. Originally founded as TwoFlex Aviação Inteligente in 2013, the regional airline was acquired by Azul in 2020 and rebranded.

For Azul Conecta flights, passengers can check in at the airport service desk. For both domestic and international flights departing from Brazil, check-in opens 3 hours before departure and closes 1 hour prior to the scheduled flight time.

Azul Conecta allows checked baggage up to 23 kg with maximum dimensions of 80 x 50 x 28 cm. For hand luggage, passengers may bring one bag up to 10 kg with dimensions not exceeding 55 x 35 x 25 cm.
